First open up your Google Drive.
After you open Google Drive look towards the upper right hand side of your screen you will see a little image that looks like a gear then click it to open settings.
After opening up setting there will be a word on the left that says Offline and on the right a little box that should have a check mark in it if not click it and it will enable your offline sync.
